Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping (India): 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or public holidays.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

turbanstory is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

turbanstory is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

However, we’re happy to assist—please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.
